Sherwood Forest Hospitals Trust are holding more listening events this month and one of them is being held in Newark. It is imperative that those of us who care about the future of Newark Hospital and the continued erosion of healthcare services in Newark attend this event and tell the Trust representatives what we think.
Date: Wednesday 23rd April
Location: Newark Town Hall
Please attend and please bring as many of your friends with you. The more people that turn up and voice their opinion the more chance we have of reversing the decline in healthcare services in Newark.
Thank you for your continued support.
In partnership with the Newark Advertiser we are looking for the views of local people on the latest strategy document.
Please fill out the simple four question survey in the Advertiser, or online athttp://www.newarkadvertiser.co.uk/articles/news/Question-time-on-hospital-strategy, and please ask your friends to do the same.
To find out more about the strategy document please follow the links on our website http://synh.org.uk/new-proposals-for-newark-hospital/
In the wake of the Keogh review Sherwood Forest Hospitals Foundation Trust and the Newark Clinical Commissioning Group have published their proposals for Newark Hospital.
The overwhelming theme that emerged was the need to ensure that Newark Hospital is a vibrant healthcare centre and provided high quality care that was close to home.
How do these proposals meet the aspirations of local people?
Please view or download the documents here http://synh.org.uk/downloads/ and have your say.
